Also didn't hurt that I came across a number of Free Digi's and have been wanted to play with that aspect of 'stamping' for awhile.

Hiyah, i saw you asking asking on the friday sketchers blog how people get the shapes around their images, you need a die cutting machine and dies, the dies that are most popular are by spellbinders and called nestabilities, for the machine i use a cuttlebug but you can use any of the branded machines with the spellbinder dies. All good craft shops will stock them and theirs hundreds of shops on-line that sell them. Hope this helps. Also lots of video's on youtube on this if you aren't sure what to do.
