Fathers Day Card

So it seems a little sad for me to make a Father's day card, seeing that it has been over 5 years since that smiling face graced my eyes... But there is a Cricut Expression up for grabs - which is a dream to a full time single mom.

Without further ado (is that the right spelling?)...

Okay - Sooner or later I am going to need to sleep. LOL

This double slider is my first and will be my entry for:

The 3 Patterned Papers are K&Company - Berry Sweet
The 3 KINDS of embellishments are Ribbons, the eyelet and the Sparkley Flower chipboard.
The 3 images are Faceless Fruit Stamps, and Everyday Character Faces from Peachy Keen Stamps.
The sentiments are Hampton Art clear stamps.

My Second Card

I loved scrapbooking, and have just started making cards - and I am finding that having a Challenge encourages me to do more crafting with my limited free time...

So here is Card #2... My first time colouring, so please go easy. (I swear to you there is not a store within 250 kilometers that sells Copic Markers - that I would soooo LOVE to try.)



I used a CC designs stamp, a Martha Stewart punch, and the embossing of a Cuttlebug.
Add a little Ribbon, and I have a Birthday Card for my Mom's friend.

I am thinking I will enter it in the Whoopsie Daisy - "As you like it" Challenge, and the Crafty Creations "Favorite Stamp".
